I am trying to combine videos from different days into one long video. How do I do this using Brinno Video Player?

As far as I'm aware, Brinno Video Player doesn't include this capability. The application is just a player for media files, not an editor. The only thing remotely similar that you can do using this program is to create a playlist with all the videos that you're interested in and watch them one after the other. If that's what you want, use the playlist box from the right-side of the window.
If you're actually interested in combining videos, you can use an application like Movavi Video Editor (freeware) or the Aconvert online utility to "glue" multiple video files together.
I there a Brinno Video Player for the mac that will allow individual .avi files consecutively? This file is an .exe and does not seem to play on a Mac. The TLC200 Pro seems to record 1 file for each day. We are trying to capture a 12 month construction project and would like it in 1 file.

There is no version of Brinno Video Player available for Apple computers. What you can do is get an AVI converter and play the recordings in QuickTime which you already have installed on your Mac. If you need to merge all the recordings into one file, you can use the software iMovie which is also already installed on your computer. If you need more information about how to merge clips with iMovie, you should access the link below: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3873989
